Incoloy Alloy Capillary Tube is super austenitic stainless steel composed primarily of nickel, chromium, and iron, with some additional elements such as molybdenum, copper, nitrogen, and silicon. Incoloy alloys are available in a variety of models for different applications, such as Incoloy 020 resists sulfuric acid, Incoloy 825 resists phosphoric and nitric acids, Incoloy 800 maintains its austenitic structure at elevated temperatures, Incoloy 908 resists oxidative embrittlement and thermal cycling, and Incoloy 945X resists chlorides.

Incoloy Alloy Capillary Tube belongs to the refractory metals range and is selected for high-temperature capability, corrosion resistance, controlled dimensions and material-grade consistency. It is commonly used in micro-fluidic, medical, analytical, high-temperature and corrosion-resistant small-tube applications as well as vacuum furnaces, high-temperature hardware, medical and analytical components, aerospace parts and corrosion-resistant assemblies.
