Shape-Memory Coupling is made from high-performance shape-memory alloy materials like NiTiFe, NiTiNb, etc., and can be used in pressure systems ranging from 13.8 MPa to 55.2 MPa. It is easily installed at low temperatures and can actively and intelligently recover its pre-set shape when warmed to the activation temperature (e.g., ambient temperature or via simple heating), generating a uniform and permanently maintained radial contraction force. This results in an exceptionally reliable full-perimeter seal and a robust lock. Available in a range of sizes and grades, HM's Shape-memory couplings meet the highest standards of quality and reliability for demanding applications.
