Copper Indium alloy (CuxIn1-x) is one of the primary targets of CIG (Copper Indium Gallium) and CIGS (Copper Indium Gallium Selenide) thin-film solar materials. The regular ratio is CuIn (80:20 at%), and the customized balance is also available.
