Boron nitride ceramics have the advantages of high-temperature resistance, use temperature of 2000 degrees and alumina does not exceed 1700 degrees. The heat shock resistance is very good, and the boron nitride ceramics will not crack, 1000 degrees of furnace heat out for 20 minutes to blow the air and cold repeatedly hundreds of times will not crack. All sizes can be processed according to the customer's requirements.

Boron nitride is prone to moisture absorption and should not be placed in wet areas when the crucible is unused. Sealed, can not be washed, dirty, and wiped directly with sandpaper.

Boron Nitride Crucible Using Tips

  1. The use temperature in the air can not exceed 1000 degrees, more than 1000 degrees of boron nitride and oxygen contact surface will oxidize and peel off.
  2. Boron nitride is easy to absorb moisture, the crucible cannot be stored in a wet area, or not washed, it can be directly wiped with sandpaper or scrubbed with alcohol.

  1. Black metal: iron, copper, aluminum, nickel, magnesium, bismuth, zinc, etc., alloy FE-CO-NI-SI CO-ZR-NB.
  2. No reaction between water and acid at room temperature.
  3. Rare earth, boron acid, and ammonia.

Boron Nitride Crucible Unavailable Materials

  1. Melantimony trioxide, chromium sevenoxide, molybdenum trioxide, arsenic trioxide, and titanium carbide.
  2. Boron phosphate erodes boron nitride in 1400 degrees of nitrogen and will react with hot thick or molten alkali and hot chlorine gas.
