Waspaloy (N07001) Capillary Tube has good antioxidant and corrosion resistance, good process plasticity, and stable organization in the gas turbine atmosphere below 870 ℃, which is widely used in rotating parts of aero-engine. It has a high yield strength and fatigue resistance in 760 ℃ ~ 870 ℃. Its use temperature is not higher than 815°C. Waspaloy is strengthened by adding cobalt, chromium, and molybdenum elements for solid solution strengthening, adding aluminum and titanium elements to form γ' precipitation strengthened phase, and adding boron and zirconium elements to purify and strengthen the grain boundary.
