Zirconium Boride also called...
Zirconium Boride also called Zirconium Diboride (ZrB2), is a hexagonal crystal, gray crystal, or powder. High-temperature resistance, high strength, good thermal shock resistance, low electrical resistance, anti-oxidation at high temperature. We can provide various Boride materials according to your requirement.

The molecular formula of zirconium boride is ZrB2, gray hard crystals powder. Zirconium boride powder has three components: zirconium monoboride, zirconium diboride, and zirconium tribromide. Only zirconium diboride is stable in a wide temperature range. Industrial production is mainly based on zirconium diboride. The electrical resistance is slightly lower than that of metal zirconium. It is stable in a larger temperature range after heating. Although it has a high melting point, it can be sintered at a lower temperature. It is prepared by mixing metal zirconium with boron carbide and boron nitride and heating it to 2000°C in an argon gas stream.
