Titanium Carbide (TiC) Powder can form binary, ternary, and quaternary compound solid solutions with tungsten carbide, tantalum carbide, niobium carbide, and titanium nitride. It has a cubic crystal system, and is insoluble in water, with high chemical stability, almost no chemical reaction with hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid, but soluble in aqua regia, nitric acid, and hydrofluoric acid, and also soluble in alkaline oxidation in solution.

Titanium Carbide Powder, TiC, CAS 12654-86-3 belongs to the carbide powder range and is selected for high hardness, controlled chemistry, particle size distribution and ceramic or wear-resistant performance. It is commonly used in formulation, sintering, coating, filler, catalyst, electronic material and research use as well as hard materials, wear-resistant coatings, sintered ceramics, thermal spray feedstock and research use. When requesting a quote, confirm purity, particle size distribution, morphology, surface treatment, packaging and quantity.
