Cr2O3-TiO2 Ceramic Powder For Thermal Spraying is produced from high-purity chromium oxide and rutile titanium dioxide through multiple processing steps, including mixing, pressing, sintering, crushing, screening, and magnetic separation. Compared to pure chromium oxide powder, this composite material requires lower equipment demands and is suitable for plasma spraying, HVOF, and explosion spraying. It forms coatings with a hardness of HV300 ≥900-1200, offering superior resistance to fiber wear, abrasive wear, impact wear, and erosion at temperatures up to 540°C. Additionally, it provides corrosion resistance in chemical environments up to 250°C. This material is widely used in petroleum coupling rods, petrochemical plungers, shafts, sealing rings, valves, textile machinery components (such as spinning cups, rollers, and guide wheels), and mixing blades.
