The PBN/PG ceramic heater features three layers of ultra-high purity ceramics (PBN-PG-PBN), with PBN serving as the insulating substrate and PG as the resistive element. Both PBN and PG heaters are produced using high-temperature CVD, offering excellent thermal conductivity and anisotropic properties in ceramic heating applications.
