Pyrolytic Boron Nitride (PBN) crucibles are white, non-toxic, non-porous, and easy to process. Purity up to 99.99%, dense surface, good air tightness. Strength increases with temperature, reaching a maximum of 2200°C. Resistant to acids, alkalis, salts, and organic reagents, high temperatures, and most molten metals, semiconductors, and other materials do not infiltrate and do not react.

PBN is widely used in metal and semiconductor vapor deposition because of its high density, high purity, chemical inertness, and high-temperature resistance.
