Aluminum Nitride (AlN) Powder is a non-oxide semiconductor material with a wide direct bandgap of 6.12 eV. At room temperature, aluminum nitride exhibits high strength, and this strength diminishes gradually with increasing temperature. Its favorable combination of good thermal conductivity and a low coefficient of thermal expansion renders it an excellent material for heat-resistant applications. The outstanding thermal shock resistance of aluminum nitride makes it suitable for the manufacturing of high-performance ceramic components.
