Zirconium wire, with its characteristic silvery appearance like most zirconium products, boasts a high melting point of 1855°C (3371°F) and a small neutron absorption cross-section, making it an excellent choice for the nuclear power industry.

HM provides Zirconium and Zirconium alloy welding wire with a material grade of Zr 702 and the specifications are ASTM B550/B550M-07(2012).
