Spherical Cobalt-Based Alloys Powder (CoCrMoW) is a cobalt-chromium alloy powder, known as cobalt-chrome-tungsten (molybdenum) or Stellite( an alloy invented by Elwood Haynes in 1907). It consists of elements such as Mo and W based on Co and Cr. It also contains a small amount of Si, Fe, etc. It is a hard alloy that can resist various types of wear, corrosion, and high-temperature oxidation.
Element | Min [%] | Max [%] |
Co | Bal. | Bal. |
Cr | 26 | 30 |
Mo | 4 | 7 |
W | 4 | 6 |
Si | - | 1.0 |
O | - | 0.10 |
Spherical Cobalt-Based Alloys Powder (CoCrMoW) should be stored in a sealed container in a dry and cool place, and should not be exposed to air for an extended period. HM offers vacuum-sealed packaging including 100g/bag, 500g/bag, 1kg/bag, and 25kg/drum, or customized packaging as per specific requirements.
