The nominal chemical composition of TC4 alloy is Ti-6Al-4V, which has excellent mechanical properties, biocompatibility, and corrosion resistance, and has been widely used in aerospace, medical, chemical, and other fields. Based on the above application requirements, Heeger Materials is suitable for selective laser melting (SLM) and direct laser metal deposition (LMD).

The regular powder size is as follows: 1~20μm, 15~45μm, 15~53μm, 20~63μm and 75~180μm, custom size powders are also available. The particle size was measured by the laser diffraction method.

Spherical Titanium Powder Grade 23 should be stored in a sealed container in a dry and cool place, and should not be exposed to air for an extended period of time. We offer vacuum-sealed packaging including 100g/bag, 500g/bag, 1kg/bag, and 25kg/drum, or we can offer customized packaging as per specific requirements.
