• Each seed crystal chuck must undergo strict ultrasonic flaw detection in every process before machining, and the inspection is qualified before further processing.
• Every finished seed crystal chuck must be 100% inspected and have a record of size inspection, and unqualified products are not allowed to leave the warehouse.

Tungsten Chuck Storage and Usage Recommendations

• When storing the seed crystal chucks, the relative humidity of the environment in which they are stored should not be higher than 60%, otherwise, they will oxidize very easily.
• Tungsten Seed Crystal chucks are stronger than molybdenum seed chucks at high temperatures, but both will crystallize and become brittle. Whether tungsten or molybdenum seed crystal chucks are used, they have completely recrystallized and become brittle after one furnace. Care must be taken during subsequent use to prevent the seed crystal chucks from fracturing on the way to long crystals.
