Tungsten Titanium Carbide Powder is produced using a unique solid solution process, combining Tungsten Carbide and Titanium Carbide. Compared to iron-based alloys, Tungsten Titanium Carbide powder notably enhances the high-temperature resistance and hardness of hard alloys. As a composite carbide, it offers superior hardness, improved high-temperature performance, and better wettability with cobalt powder compared to single carbide powders. It is often used as a kind of raw material extensively applied in the hard alloy industry.
The best-selling ratios are (W, Ti)C 50:50 (HM-CK40), (W, Ti)C 60:40 (HM-CK32), and (W, Ti)C 70:30 (HM-CK24). The particle size ranges from 0.5-500 μm, 5-400 mesh. HM can customize production according to customers' specific composition ratios and particle size requirements.
