It exhibits uniform particle size, low forming pressure, and low sintering temperature, making it widely used in applications including thermal interface materials, sintered ceramic materials, coatings, and composite electroplating materials, etc. The pressureless sintered silicon carbide ceramics made from RTP silicon carbide granulated powder offer high strength, high hardness, wear resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and good thermal conductivity.
