Boron nitride ceramics have the advantages of high-temperature resistance, use temperature of 2000 degrees and alumina does not exceed 1700 degrees. The heat shock resistance is very good, and the boron nitride ceramics will not crack, 1000 degrees of furnace heat out for 20 minutes to blow the air and cold repeatedly hundreds of times will not crack. All sizes can be processed according to the customer's requirements.

Boron nitride is prone to moisture absorption and should not be placed in wet areas when the crucible is unused. Sealed, can not be washed, dirty, and wiped directly with sandpaper.

Boron Nitride Crucible Using Tips

  1. In order to ensure the service life of the crucible, it is recommended to use it under a protective gas environment (Ar/N2).
  2. The maximum working temperature in the air is 900℃, the crucible will be oxidized when exceeding 900℃, which will affect its use.
  3. It is recommended to store the crucible in a dry and sealed container.
  4. Use fine sandpaper or cloth to remove any dirt or residue from the crucible, do not use water to clean the crucible.
  5. Not to be used for the treatment of samples such as antimony oxide, chromium oxide, molybdenum trioxide, arsenic trioxide, hard titanium alloy, high-lead glass glaze, boron phosphates, potassium phosphate, chloride, and so on.

  1. Black metal: iron, copper, aluminum, nickel, magnesium, bismuth, zinc, etc., alloy FE-CO-NI-SI CO-ZR-NB.
  2. No reaction between water and acid at room temperature.
  3. Rare earth, boron acid, and ammonia.

Boron Nitride Crucible Unavailable Materials

  1. Melantimony trioxide, chromium seven-oxide, molybdenum trioxide, arsenic trioxide, and titanium carbide.
  2. Boron phosphate erodes boron nitride in 1400 degrees of nitrogen and will react with hot thick or molten alkali and hot chlorine gas.
