Boron nitride blank consists of high-purity BN ceramics. Boron Nitride, also known as BN, Hexagonal boron nitride (H-BN), and hot-pressed boron nitride, is a good self-lubricate ceramic that can bear high temperature and maintain its lubricating capability in a high vacuum environment. Hexagonal boron nitride (H-BN) behaves similarly to graphite mechanically but offers excellent electrical resistance.

Boron nitride (BN) blanks are often the raw material to make the other machined parts. It could also directly be used as an insulator in some electronic or vacuum equipment with simple machining.
High purity BN could bear higher temperatures in a vacuum than lower-purity-enhanced BN products. Although It's known that the maximum working temperature is 2500C, there’s a record to use our material at 3000+ C. Due to the low wettability with metals, boron nitride is an ideal material for metal melting works, especially for high-purity material metals in a vacuum.
