ZSBN ceramic, derived from hot-pressed boron nitride ceramic, combines the outstanding characteristics of hot-pressed boron nitride with zirconia. ZSBN nozzles are versatile, catering to metal aerosol and aerosol processes, and can be reused with different metal solutions.
ZSBN Nozzle Selection Notes
ZSBN Nozzle belongs to the boron nitride products range and is selected for thermal stability, machinability, electrical insulation and chemical resistance. It is commonly used in spraying, blasting, flow control, atomization and abrasive media handling as well as vacuum furnaces, molten metal handling, semiconductor fixtures, nozzles and high-temperature insulation. When requesting a quote, confirm bore size, outside diameter, length, tip geometry, tolerance and media or process conditions.
