99 Boron Nitride: Boron Nitride + Boric Oxide(B2O3) Ceramic is made by BN and B2O3. BN-BO uses a B2O3 binder to extend the mechanical strength of hot-pressed hBN. This makes it the simplest choice for high-temperature insulators within the industry.
