ZnSb master alloy is mainly composed of zinc (Zn) and antimony (Sb), and may also contain a small amount of other elements, such as copper (Cu), aluminum (Al), etc. It is usually in block form with a silver-gray metallic luster. It has good strength and toughness and can withstand certain external forces without deformation or cracking. ZnSb master alloy has good electrical conductivity, good thermoelectric properties, good corrosion resistance, and good oxidation resistance, but it is easily oxidized at high temperatures.
Zinc Antimonide (ZnSb), (Zn3Sb2), (Zn4Sb3) is an inorganic chemical compound. The Zn-Sb system contains six intermetallics. Like indium antimonide, aluminum antimonide, and gallium antimonide, it is a semiconducting intermetallic compound. It is used in transistors, infrared detectors, and thermal imagers, as well as magnetoresistive devices.
