Tungsten carbide - cobalt cemented carbide is a kind of cemented carbide composed of WC and Co metal, according to the different cobalt content can be divided into high cobalt (≥20%), medium cobalt (≥10%), low cobalt (≥3%) three categories, cobalt as binder phase, tungsten carbide as hard phase. The radiofrequency plasma spheroidized WC-Co hard alloy powder has the characteristics of uniform distribution of cobalt elements, high sphericity, good fluidity, large loose loading density, compact particle interior, less hollow powder, etc. It can be used in cemented carbide, diamond tools, die casting molds, welding materials, vacuum coating, thermal spraying, etc.
