The higher the content of Co, the better the toughness and impact strength of the coating. The higher the content of Cr, the better the corrosion resistance of the coating. The particle size also affects the performance of the coating. The smaller the particle size, the higher the density and hardness of the coating. However, too small a particle size will also lead to poor flowability of the powder, affecting the spraying efficiency.
