Tungsten wire is produced by pressing, sintering, forging, drawing, and annealing at high temperatures in a hydrogen atmosphere from tungsten rods. It has high hardness and strength. Tungsten Wire Surface

Tungsten Wire Applications

Tungsten wire is widely used for producing electric light source parts and electric vacuum components, heating elements, and refractory parts in high-temperature furnaces.
Tungsten wire can withstand high temperatures and corrosion, it is used as heating material for high-temperature resistance furnaces, heating elements, automotive, aerospace, and wire-cutting machines.
Tungsten wire also can be applied to electronic tube sockets, stent filament incandescent lamps, halogen lamps, discharge tube sealing material, lead wire, tungsten filament with the mandrel, and the grid.
Tungsten wire can be used as a cathode and spray.

Tungsten Wire Packing

Tungsten wire is tagged and labeled externally to ensure efficient identification and quality control. They will be carefully packaged in wooden cases, with additional support from soft materials, to prevent any shifting or movement during transit.
