Molybdenum-copper (MoCu) Alloy possesses an adjustable thermal expansion coefficient and thermal conductivity. The ratio of molybdenum to copper can be adjusted as desired. It has a lower density but a higher thermal expansion coefficient than tungsten-copper (WCu) alloy. It has better rollability, suitable for the production of thin strip products, and can be stamped, suitable for the high-volume, low-cost production of heat-sinkable parts.
