Bismuth Granule

Bismuth granule is a white, silver-pink color and it's stable in both dry and moist air at ordinary temperatures, it is made from Bismuth Metal Ingot in the size range from 0.4mm to 30mm. There are two forms of Bismuth granule, the teardrop-shaped and near-spherical shape. Bismuth has a wide range of uses that take advantage of its unique properties such as its non-toxicity, low melting point, density, and appearance properties.

Bismuth Needle

Bismuth Needle is a brittle metal with a white, silver-pink color and it's stable in both dry and moist air at ordinary temperatures. Bismuth Needle is non-toxicity, low melting point and it can be used as a carbide stabilizer in the manufacturing process for malleable iron. Bismuth Needle also can be added to low-carbon steel or aluminum to improve machinability.

Bismuth Ingot

Bismuth is a heavy metal and non-toxic and is the most naturally diamagnetic element. It is one of the lowest values of thermal conductivity among metals. It has a high electrical resistivity and is less dense as a solid than as a liquid (it expands as it cools). Bismuth has a wide range of uses that take advantage of its unique properties such as its non-toxicity, low melting point, density, and appearance properties.

Bismuth Powder

Bismuth Powder is a gold to dark grey powder that can be produced by technologies of vacuum ball milling and gas atomization. We can produce Bismuth powder with various sizes ranging from 60mesh to 500mesh and quality is great for the low oxygen content and low impurities. The microcosmic shape of Bismuth Powder made by ball milling is the irregular particle, while the microcosmic shape of Bismuth Powder is made by gas atomization spherical particle.

Bismuth Application

  • Used to make alloys with other metals, such as brass, bronze, and galvanized steel.
  • Used as a catalyst for the production of acrylonitrile, which is the starting material for synthetic fibers and rubbers.
  • Used in the manufacture of batteries.
  • Used in the fabrication of solar cells.
  • Used in electronics, such as gas sensors, liquid crystal displays, photodetectors, and protective coatings.
  • Used as a pigment for ceramics and enamel, as well as for oil painting and other artistic works.
  • Used as a pharmaceutical ingredient for some medicines

Bismuth Advantage

  • Low oxygen content and low heavy metals content.
  • Strict quality control for procedures of raw material, process control, and pre-delivery.
  • ISO9001 and ISO14001 certificated manufacturers.
  • Great technical capability to be a valued and long-term supplier.
  • Technical support: 24-hour technical support by e-mail or call.

Bismuth Packing

Bismuth (Bi) is carefully packaged in carton boxes with foam protection to minimize damage during storage and transportation and to preserve the quality of our products in their original condition. The vacuum packing is 1kg/bag, 25kg/barrel, or based on specific requirements.
