Engineered for high-temperature applications, it delivers excellent thermal stability, resistance to oxidation and corrosion, and reliable creep strength. Unlike CM247LC, AM247LC significantly reduces crack sensitivity during 3D printing, enabling the production of complex components with improved structural integrity. Notably, this alloy exhibits peak yield and tensile strength at around 800°C, with a typical service temperature of approximately 900°C. It is especially suited for critical hot-section parts in aerospace engines and industrial gas turbines. The working temperature of AM247LC is approximately 900°C. When comparing test specimens of AM247LC and CM247LC, their mechanical properties are similar; however, AM247LC exhibits lower crack sensitivity.
