Molybdenum Glass Melting Electrodes are prized for their high strength, hardness, corrosion resistance, and excellent conductivity. They efficiently melt materials like optical glass, fiberglass, and rock wool in glass-melting furnaces. High-density, low-impurity electrodes improve glass quality and extend the lifespan of both the furnace and electrodes, ensuring stable performance at high temperatures.

Molybdenum Glass Melting Electrodes with oxidation-resistant coatings offer the following benefits:
The MoZrO2 Molybdenum Electrode is a type of molybdenum electrode doped with zirconium oxide. Compared to pure molybdenum electrodes, this new electrode retains the high-temperature performance, electrical conductivity, and thermal conductivity of pure molybdenum, while significantly improving corrosion resistance. It demonstrates excellent resistance to corrosion and outstanding high-temperature strength when used in molten glass. As a result, this advanced molybdenum electrode is increasingly being used in the production of various types of glass.
