Alumina (Al2O3) Ceramic Heater is produced by printing a high melting point metal heating resistor slurry, such as tungsten or molybdenum manganese, onto an alumina cast ceramic billet according to the heating circuit design. It undergoes hot pressure stacking and then is sintered at approximately 1600℃ under a protective reducing atmosphere, resulting in the combination of ceramics and metal into a ceramic heater. This type of heater is more reliable than previous electric heating elements complies with relevant technical standards, free from hazardous substances like cadmium, mercury, and hexavalent chromium. Alumina heaters are currently widely used in automotive, medical, and semiconductor industries as innovative heating solutions.
