Zirconia Toughened Alumina (ZTA) is a composite phase ceramic material with Al2O3 as the matrix and partially stabilized ZrO2 as the toughened phase, providing a good toughening effect. ZTA substrate has high strength, toughness, and reflectivity, and can withstand severe thermal shock testing. ZTA substrate has good flexural strength compared to ordinary Al2O3 substrates and is widely applied in areas that require strong current-carrying and heat-dissipating capabilities.
