Copper Nitride (Cu3N) Powder is dissolved in dilute acid (to produce ammonium salt), and violently decomposed in concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid. It has a thermal decomposition temperature of only 300-450°C, a high resistivity, and a low reflectivity in the infrared and visible wavelengths.
Copper nitride (Cu3N) Powder should be stored in a dry, cool, and sealing environment, can not be exposed to air, in addition, should avoid heavy pressure, according to ordinary goods transportation. The vacuum packing is 1kg/bag, or as required.
