Aluminum Nitride (AlN) Ceramic Washers offer excellent electrical insulation and resistivity, making them ideal for thermal management and electrical applications. They can withstand temperatures up to 1300°C in air without significant oxidation, with decomposition occurring at 1800°C in a vacuum. In an inert atmosphere, AlN melts at 2200°C. Operating temperatures typically range from 800°C in air to 1700°C in a vacuum and 2100°C in an inert atmosphere.
