Tungsten Evaporation Boats

Tungsten, with the highest melting point of all metals,  has high corrosion and heat resistance compared to other molten metals. We further enhance the corrosion resistance and dimensional stability with special dopants such as potassium silicate.

Molybdenum Evaporation Boats

Molybdenum is a particularly stable metal suitable for high-temperature environments. After doping with lanthanum oxide (molybdenum lanthanum), the ductility and corrosion resistance of molybdenum are further enhanced. We also add yttrium oxide (molybdenum yttrium) to make molybdenum easier to process.

Tantalum Evaporation Boats

Tantalum has an extremely low vapor pressure and a relatively slow evaporation rate. However, its greatest advantage lies in its high corrosion resistance.
